We are currently looking for a SAP FICO Consultant (d/f/m) Location: Across Germany / Remote The Opportunity We are looking for a SAP certified FICO Consultant for the Assessment / Blueprint Phase to integrate SAP ECC Systems for 2 companies. We would love to have someone on board with consulting and architecture experiences on the best-fitting migration approach to realize the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems Document functional designs, test cases and results Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Your Qualification Several years of SAP FICO experience Working across both waterfall and agile cloud migrations and cloud transformational projects Must have experience in SAP Migrations projects Fluent in English, German is a plus What you can expect Onboarding – To make your start easier, you can expect an onboarding and a buddy programme International and diverse working environment – Company language English, international projects, multicultural teams Independence and self-determination – An environment where you can manage your own projects and clients Focus on personal development – Access to Udemy, Content Library, Cognizant Academy and we are Microsoft premium partner in Azure Cloud Flexitime model – We believe in a healthy work-life balance.
