Admissions Team Assistant (m/f/x) as a working student

Your future tasks:

The diverse range of responsibilities includes the following areas:

• As an organizational talent, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews with applicants
• You check international university degrees and are responsible for the preparation of study contracts and shipping
• You will be responsible for ongoing documentation and management of application materials
• You will independently enter and continuously maintain data records in our CRM tool

Your profile:

• You are an enrolled student
• You are independent, organized, and professional in your approach to tasks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• You have advanced proficiency in MS Office 
• You complete tasks on time with precision and accuracy
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working in a small dedicated team
