Are you an experienced Credit Risk Modeling professional who is eager to merge your quantitative expertise with consultancy and risk management within a dynamic entrepreneurial setting?
At Zanders, we are an international consultancy specializing in Risk, Treasury, and SaaS solutions. With our origins in the Netherlands, we've expanded our footprint across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia, including a recent venture into Germany. Our primary focus revolves around credit risk, asset & liability management (ALM), and, in response to our continued growth, we've also ventured into domains like climate change risk and blockchain technology.
Our client base comprises banks, insurers, and asset managers. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on matters related to their risk models, policies, and governance.
Your Role:
As a Manager at Zanders, you will be engaged in a diverse range of quantitative credit risk projects, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges and craft actionable models that our clients can readily implement. Your counsel will be invaluable to clients in the banking and insurance sectors, among others.
You will have the autonomy to independently manage projects while also contributing to larger-scale team efforts. Your role will come with clear responsibilities, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for the client. Each project will present unique challenges, introduce you to different stakeholders, and offer varying degrees of complexity. Your influence on our business will be substantial. Given our "startup phase" ethos, you'll enjoy a significantly higher level of responsibility than what is typically found in other consulting firms. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving our business forward right from day one.
