Job description

We are looking for passionate students to join our Technology team for a 6-month Internship.

With sport playing an increasingly important role in more and more peoples’ lives, both on and off the field of play, we operate in a highly attractive industry. Duration: 6 months

Possible Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing and executing project work
• Work collaboratively and build cross functional relationships
• Identify new ways of working within the team and have the confidence to make suggestions for improvements

• Design and implement plans to optimize the end-user experience
• Define key performance indicators to measure the user experience and track/monitor adoption
• Create and analyze end-user experience journey to identify areas that need improvement
• Support the implementation and execution of the User Experience Management project
• Provide administrative support to wider team
• Monitors and logs the actual service provided, compared to that required by service level agreements
• Investigates problems in systems, processes, and services 
• Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures

Requirements

• Student of Business Administration, IT or similar

• Students enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship, or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degree
• Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (with a maximum one year to graduate)
• Basic project management skills, ideally including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset
• High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
• Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
