Real time 3D Solutions Manager (f/m/x) for International Digital Education in Healthcare
Your responsibilities
- Consult the team of Global Training Innovation in the areas of 3D based training, creating digital product twins and future 3D training innovations
- Conceptualize, design and setup the development workflow for 3D training of our medical diagnostic products
- Support and manage external and internal design, development and creation of technical animations and rigs, mechanical logic and events for our global educational 3D models
- Work closely with our 3D modeling artists and our instructional designers to create realistic 3D digital twins of our products
- Manage workflows between Unreal and a CMS interface to handle triggers and execution of events and states
- Streamline the creative processes and deliver the ideal assets for the requirements by always evaluating promising future trends and technology
- Be a 3D ambassador in learning with passion to communicate one's expertise and experience in a target-oriented manner and to drive digital innovation in training
Your profile
Profound skills in 3DS Max, Cinema 4D and Blender
Profound knowledge in animation and technical rigging of 3D models
Experience in definition of part movements, logic, conditioning and event creation for technical 3D models
Fluent in in real-time engine Unreal and technically proficient to understand real time engines capabilities and limitations
Experience in setup and working with CMS interface middleware (e.g. Strapi)
Deep experience in working with complex 3D real-time environments
Ability to conceptualize expansive worlds suitable for technical objects to interact with in the area of training
Creativity and innovative ability to sketch new business concepts and ideas
Experienced with working and managing 3D development chain and pipelines
Project experience in gaming industry is an advantage
Experience and knowledge in the area of real time web applications (e.g. WebGL coding etc.) is beneficial
You are a fantastic team player working in big projects and in an innovation driven team
Fluent in written and spoken English
