Create software solutions for bioprocess systems based on specifications and test them in close collaboration with process engineers
Enable rapid concept development by providing rapid prototyping solutions
Act as an interface between product & software platform development
Maintain a continuous exchange between product development, automation platform and internal stakeholders (marketing, service, etc.)
Develop workflows, templates and structures to standardize automation concepts
Standardize automation in the area of separation systems as Control Engineer Bioprocessing (x|f|m)
Plan and optimize development tasks and prioritize functionalities of the automation platform
In responsibility for software tests on the systems: Consult, implement and coordinate
A successfully completed Master's degree in Engineering or comparable (e.g. Process Engineering, Automation Engineering or Information Technology)
Several years of experience in automation technology or control engineering (preferably PLC-based)
A good understanding of automation concepts and their development as well as the integration of automation components
Digital Twin and modeling of dynamic systems are familiar, the use of programming languages such as Python, C++ or Matlab, Simulink and Git an advantage
Excellent communication & networking skills, a structured way of working and very good organizational skills
Fluency in English (oral and written), German is an advantage
