About ITM

ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a remote-based or hybrid working model in Garching / Munich as soon as possible

Clinical Contract Manager (f/m/d)

Aufgaben:

Your role

  • Support clinical outsourcing projects, ensuring successful delivery by providing purchasing specifications, supplier suggestions, and facilitating team participation
  • Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring timely and accurate contracts for outsourced activities
  • Foster effective communication and relations with stakeholders, gaining their respect and confidence
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational objectives and process excellence
  • Collaborate closely with departmental heads and procurement to align outsourcing strategy with business needs
  • Manage the entire contract life cycle and ensure Global Procurement’s timely involvement for optimal commercial terms
  • Support key operational initiatives, manage litigations, and monitor compliance with contractual agreements
  • In cooperation with Global Procurement build robust partnerships with strategic vendors, manage key supplier interactions and the communication process
  • Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations and Global Alliance Management to prepare, run and steer supplier governance meetings
  • Develop a culture of supplier performance driven by KPI and metrics
Qualifikationsprofil:

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in business / management / procurement
  • Demonstrated experience in Clinical Outsourcing in an international and matrix environment
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry and Drug Development process
  • Experience dealing with Contract Research Organizations
  • Good planning, interpersonal, and organizational skills to consistently meet procurement deadlines
  • Effective and proven strategic sourcing and procurement skills
  • Project management skills
  • Fully skilled in clinical vendor oversight processes, systems and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated successful use of risk management and supplier relation management
  • Fluent in English
