- Taking care of SMA application processes and standards while supporting the local SAP/Salesforce key users in the subsidiaries for sales processes (e. g. quote, forecasting, opportunity and lead management, eshop)
- Supporting the monitoring, improving and documentation of the Salesforce and SAP supported processes of the subsidiaries and headquarter
- Participation in the international SAP/Salesforce implementations; supports changes and projects in subjects such as process design, master data, test, authorizations, migration, Go Live support
- Supporting local Key Users regarding system authorizations and user administration in the subsidiaries as well as being their c ontact for all SAP/Salesforce specific questions, problems and specific requirements of the end users – 1st and 2nd level EMEA, APAC, Americas support
- Execution of international SAP and Salesforce modules trainings for local Key Users and employees in (new) processes and respective SAP solutions
Your skills are needed
- Completed studies in computer science or business administration, a comparable background or commercial/IT-related professional training and 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience in product/project business in a sales/sales environment and at the interface with IT
- System knowledge in Salesforce and SAP
- Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
- Excellent relationship management and problem solving skills
- Willingness to work with other time zones and willingness to travel to our international offices to train colleagues on site
