Marsh is seeking French speaking candidates for the following position based in our Frankfurt or Stuttgart office in Germany for our:
Annual gross salary during your Graduate Program:
Masters graduate: 52.000 EUR p.a.
Bachelors graduate: 48.000 EUR p.a.
Starting date: flexible
Duration: 18 months
Please note that you need to be based in Germany and hold an existing valid work permit to apply for this position.

In your role you will support #MarshDigital in Europe focusing on Project Management. We will count on you to:·
Support and drive digital change and digital learning initiatives across the region, leveraging global insights, resources (across Marsh McLennan) and colleagues
Prepare and take part in strategic meetings and assist with market research and stakeholder needs research and thought leadership
Assist in the deployment of digital systems, including gathering feedback from users, monitoring and reporting progress implementation metrics, Working closely with regional and local colleagues from different professional backgrounds across Europe
Support client facing technology development and client integration esp. on User Interface/User Experience
Support in internal and external innovation happenings, marketing initiatives, awareness campaigns and others Have fun and make change happen
What you need to have:
Successfully finished Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferable in Business Administration, Risk & Insurance Management, Management, Digital / Technology, or related topics) with excellent grades
Knowledge and/or practical experience in Project Management and/or Change Management are a strong plus
Knowledge and/or practical experience in risk or insurance management are a plus
Fluency in English and French are a must - German language is a strong plus
Knowledge of emerging technologies and/or data science are a plus
