Employee (m/f/d) Advanced Resolution Team
For the Bremen location (Lemwerder) we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) Advanced Resolution Team at the earliest possible date
Your position in our crew
- Actively participate in problem management by systematically analyzing complex IT problems and developing long-term solutions.
- Identify recurring problems and develop preventative measures to minimize downtime.
- Evaluation of new technologies and methods to ensure the availability of IT systems.
- Implementation of standards for service quality and continuous monitoring of systems
- Close cooperation with other IT departments, in particular first-level support and second-level support
- Evaluating new technologies and methods to ensure the availability of IT systems and problem prevention.
- Creation of comprehensive documentation of solution approaches and best practices.
- Act as the interface between the team and the customer to absorb or specialize complex technical information.
- Support 1st level support with conversions, knowledge transfer and contribution to the development of a knowledge base for this area.
- Provide training and support to team members in dealing with complex, recurring issues
- Contribute to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of issue management in the Advanced Resolutions IT team.
What you have in your luggage
- Completed training or studies in computer science, business informatics or an equivalent commercial qualification.
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is required.
- Knowledge of shipbuilding or experience with industry-specific requirements is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in IT, ideally in the field of advanced problem solving.
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in tackling complex IT challenges.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive innovative solutions.
