• Be involved in tax planning, structuring and compliance related to acquisitions.
• Support in M&A projects and drive post-M&A integration.
• Be involved in post-closing reorganization activities.
• .Support legal entity rationalization
• Support in tax audits and enquires in a number of jurisdictions.
• Co-ordinating the gathering of information required/requested in connection with a tax audit. Manage tax audit enquiries in a number of jurisdictions.
• Support in the implementation of tax audit strategies.
• Tax research and support in international tax matters and provide tax support to the business, working to efficiently and effectively lead international tax risk and planning.

Your profile

• Degree in Business Taxation (Master's / LLM or equivalent) or equivilant.
• Strong corporate and international tax experience gained in industry and/or next10. Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant tax experience.
• Tax audit experience would be beneficial.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach and success in working in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work well within a team across various business jurisdictions.
• Ability to managing multiple projects at the same time.
