Job description
Our client in Dorval is currently looking for a receptionist to work at the reception desk for a corporate company in the West Island. The admin assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks and greet guests within the organization. This candidate may have other taks that are required on the job.

Responsibilities
Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform order entry and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and French
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
