Sr Helppdesk Technician

• HS diploma or equivalent

• Preferred Requirements: Microsoft certifications preferred but not required IT related certifications related to Microsoft 365/Azure or other certifications preferred

• Previous helpdesk exp preferred

• Previous exp in a hospital healthcare environment preferred

• Experience troubleshooting Windows & Macintosh devices preferred

Notes:

• Manager is looking for people in Microsoft engineering roles that want to step back and get to a more peopleoriented position.
• Someone that is essentially a jack of all trades in IT that wants to have their hands in everything likes teaching and still has the skills to work issues that are basic tier 1 level as needed.

Vaccinations process The candidate should go through the health screen tests during the onboarding):

1. If the client extends an offer you have to take care of the below health screen process and we will take care of the drug test and background check.
2. 1.Need immunization records for MMR and varicella (Mumps Measles & Rubella and Varicella) should be positive if you have negative results in any of these then you have to take 2 MMR vaccinations with a gap of 28 days since you cannot take 2MMR vaccinations at a time.
3. 2. For TDAP test you have other available options TSPOT or QF TB Gold or 2 step PPDs ( for 2 step PPDs you need visit clinic twice and to get these results it may take more than 1 week and should provide latest documents 2021 valid within 3 months ) Vaccine w within 10 years of start date
4. Flu Shot
5. TB Test
