The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the operations and trade / stakeholder relationships for the project
- Manage and establish the budget and schedule for their projects
- Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
- Coordinate, manage and schedule all sub-trades for the project with the Site Superintendent
- Report project progress to key internal and external stakeholders
- All other duties as required

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 15+ years of experience working with established ICI general contractors
- Experience overseeing multiple full cycle commercial and industrial renovation and new build projects between $5M and $50M in scope, including warehouses, distribution centres and other light industrial building scopes
- Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction
- P.Eng, CET, Gold Seal and/or PMP designations will be assets
- Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills
