The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with the day to day site operations for the project, providing skilled carpentry
- Maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site at all times
- Coordinate with the Site Superintendent and work with all sub-trades for the project
- Execute all tasks related to skilled carpentry for the project
- All other duties as required

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 10+ years of experience working with established ICI general contractors
- Experience working on health care / hospital, university / post secondary, or government facility renovation and addition projects between $5M and $20M in scope
- Journeyman Carpentry designation and experience
- Strong organizational, leadership and technical carpentry skills

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Target compensation for the role is $40-45/hour
The initial project is based in Guelph, ON and there is a strong pipeline of work in the Hamilton - Guelph corridor to follow.
