Job description

Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Engineer analyzes, maintains, and improves manufacturing performance. They are responsible for deploying new processes and product lines and sustaining and improving existing processes.  The Continuous Improvement Engineer will establish training programs to support Lufkin’s workforce flexibility and provide professional development opportunities for the manufacturing workforce. To ensure success, they must have strong communication skills, ability to work as an individual contributor as well as leading projects with cross functional teams.     

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:   Previous Experience and Competencies:   Must reside or relocate to Red Deer area (Remote or hybrid work not allowed for this position)
