Job Description: a) International working experience b) Bilingual environment experience c) Ability to promote excellent standards of teaching and learning d) Ability and desire to innovate and improve the curriculum in the assigned teaching area Salary and benefits:(All figures are Chinese RMB) Requirements: Enthusiasm for teaching and learning b) Interested in China, Chinese language and culture c) Three-year full-time teaching experience d) Bachelor Degree in area assigned to teach e) Full teaching qualifications / credentials f) Optimist, open-minded, good sense of humor g) Willing to work in collaboration with colleagues to establish a positive school culture h) Actively and directly participate in the professional growth of teachers in the department through regular class visits and feedback, review of professional growth plans and proposals, and the creation of a collegial environment that supports and values teacher learning i) Assist Academic Principal and Curriculum Coordinators in teacher evaluation j) Provide formal yearly written report on the goals, achievements, and morale of the department to Academic Principal.
