Bilingual Customer Service Representative
(English / French)
Pay from $32 to $36 per hour - That's up to $80,000 - $90,000 per year with bonuses!

Fast, friendly and customer focused. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll dig into order details to deliver an exceptional experience to support Uline’s French speaking customers. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6 PM.

Position Responsibilities
Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.
Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing, availability and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
Prior customer service experience is a plus , but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we’ll train you!
