Job description

Our Client is dedicated to International Corporations, Institutions and Global Organizations, Insurers and Health Carriers. They provide worldwide Remote Medical & Security Services, Business Travel Risk Management and International TPA & Cost Containment Services.

Our Client is seeking an individual with experience in a health insurance call centre environment (medical or travel insurance industry).

Required Language skills:  
-  English & Cantonese (Excellent communication of both (written and spoken) are critical)
-  Mandarin language would definitely be an asset

The individual suited for this role should be prepared to work 40 hours per week on a rotating 7 day schedule.
