Position Title: Delivery Driver/ Event Equipment Mover

Location: 20 Bermondsey Rd, East York M4B 1Z5 & On-site (GTA)

Role Overview:

We seek a safe and motivated individual to join our team as a professional driver. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our Latte Booths, coffee machinery and beverages to our client's locations. This role is on-site and requires someone who has driven larger vehicles and is comfortable doing so. You will join a team of professional drivers responsible for moving, loading and unloading relatively heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Sometimes, with little notice. You will be responsible for on-time deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Delivery Driver will be a great fit for you if you: 

• Ensure you are a safe driver, with a clean driving record
• Enjoy being behind the wheel, and can endure long hours in the vehicle 
• Enjoy working on your own, with pickups and deliveries
• Work efficiently and can manage and handle tight deadlines
• Take pride in serving our clients & customers & internal crew through logistics 
• You will record and acknowledge receipt and delivery of trailer
• You will perform vehicle and trailer safety check
• You will complete documentation and maintain records
• Attention to details and being able to safely deliver expensive coffee equipment to location

Qualifications:

• A valid Class G (or) A driver’s license 
• A safe driving record for at least 3 years (recent driver’s abstract or a commercial driver’s abstract dated within the last 30 days may be required)
• The physical ability to lift coffee bars and items weighing up to 60 kg (132 lb)
• The availability to work locally on short notice
• Experience as a professional delivery driver in commercial vehicle (i.e ford transit)
• Experience in shunting - moving large items with ramps
• Experience in customer service
