- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, including scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other team members to provide updates on project status.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle construction projects.
- Familiarity with the development of car dealerships is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in construction software and applications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Location: This role will be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
