We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As a data entry assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee information. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process employee forms, such as new hire paperwork, terminations, and status changes
- Maintain employee records and update information as necessary
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis
- Resolve any data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
