Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Chilliwack, BC

We're on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, where your eye for detail and strong communication skills will play a pivotal role in bringing flooring, tiling, and specialized finishing projects to life. Responsibilities:

1. Data Gathering:
   • Collect data from architectural plans, specification documents, and other relevant sources.
2. Illustration and Planning:
   • Utilize the acquired information to generate detailed illustrations and construction plans.
3. Documentation Compilation:
   • Compile the collected data, illustrations, and plans into a comprehensive package for distribution to internal team members, clients, and subcontractors.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure that work adheres to plans and specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Materials Procurement:
   • Procure materials promptly, following the project schedule and specifications.
6. Estimation and Quoting:
   • Engage in the estimation and quoting process to support project planning and client communication.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Adaptability to cater to the distinctive requirements of each project.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
While specific qualifications are not obligatory, candidates with the following skills and knowledge are preferred:

• Familiarity with construction industry, including: plans, including architectural and interior design drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $25-30.
