Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a results-driven, career-minded Electrification infrastructure Construction Manager who leads with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of Electric Vehicle Supercharging infrastructure Deployments across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Construction project management, with additional credentials in Design / Engineering being a strong asset. You'll need agility in problem-solving, an innovative mindset, and powerful leadership capabilities. A meticulous commitment to excellence in workmanship and a proven knack for exceeding delivery timelines are crucial for this role.

Your Responsibilities

• Spearhead the rapid and cost-effective installation and commissioning of EV Supercharging infrastructure.
• Directly supervise subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project objectives while focusing on quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Guarantee adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety best practices.
• Construct, oversee, and optimize financial plans for projects, focusing on innovative yet cost-effective solutions.
• Execute in-depth site evaluations to ensure full compliance with customer and technical requirements.
• Foster open dialogue with internal departments about design enhancements, site feasibility, and logistical planning.
• Initiate and enact process innovations to streamline and elevate construction operations.
• Cultivate robust partnerships with supply chain stakeholders and vendors for expedited material and service acquisition.
• Implement strategies to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely project completion.
• Administer the wrap-up of projects, including final documentation and photo capturing.

Qualifications and Skills

• A track record of successfully steering construction projects , supported by a nuanced grasp of construction techniques and problem-solving approaches.
• Exemplary leadership , with a history of overseeing construction teams and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and utility companies.
• Demonstrated ability to surpass project schedules through diligent planning and top-notch execution skills.
• Strong adherence to safety standards and industry best practices in both civil and electrical construction.
• Proficiency in electrical systems involving AC/DC, High voltage utility Infrastructure , transformers, and the ability to read and interpret both electrical and civil drawings.
• Stellar communication and relational skills for productive teamwork and stakeholder involvement , along with being a solution provider.
• Willingness to engage in frequent travel, including cross-border trips, to various project deployment sites (travel required 65%+).
• Digital savvy, familiar with collaborative digital platforms like Procore, Blue Beam, and Microsoft Primavera.
• An enthusiasm for projects that further sustainability, E mobility , Bess , Solar
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license required.
