Your new position

We are currently seeking a Superstack Construction Coordinator to join our team in Sudbury, Ontario. This is a temporary position for 12 months.

• As Superstack Coordinator, you will oversee construction activities related to the project.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
• Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

• Conduct daily coordination meetings with contractors.
• Provide field coordination between various contractors.
• Monitor and expedite the day-to-day scheduled activities of the contractors.
• Ensure all pre-construction documents are in place before construction begins, including Contractor Checklists, Contractor Contact Information, Notice of Project, Form 1000, Methodology, Project Specific Safety Plan, Construction PHR, and training records.

What you'll need to succeed  

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and schedules for large-scale projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
