Job description

We are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our
team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other
required tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Complete work orders in a timely fashion following the general
manager's directions
* Perform a wide variety of task to maintain apartments and building
in good operating condition. 
* Perform routine preventive maintenance and complete required
documentation as per building specifics
* Report and give appropriate feedback to the management team 
* Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

​Qualifications:

* Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields in
renovation or construction
* Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment and power tools
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Ability to drive company service vehicles
