Job Type: PartTime
Pay Rate: $17$19 per hour
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome clients visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks including data entry filing and document management.
- Provide support to different departments as needed.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about beauty products.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by offering excellent service.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times.
Communication:
- Relay messages and information between clients and internal teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
