Job description

This is a contract position for a PeopleSoft Senior Functional Analyst for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Eleven Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
Lead project projects related to system changes and builds.
Lead consultations with stakeholders and users to ensure system changes and builds meet business and service delivery needs.
Provide expert advice on PeopleSoft and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionalities.
Possess and provide senior level expertise and expert knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) integrated ERP systems, and operational linkages with other ERP systems such as Oracle Financials.
Possess and provide senior level expertise and expert knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules, including functionality, workflow, configuration, reporting tools, integration, testing and interfaces.

Understand application development and systems integration functions and processes in a large ERP implementation.

Qualifications
5+ Years Systems Analyst experience
Senior level expertise and expert knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) integrated ERP systems, , including functionality, workflow, configuration, reporting tools, integration, testing and interfaces
Able to provide expert advice on PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionalities(Core HR, Benefit, AM&TL and Payroll preferred), Understand application development and systems integration functions and processes in a large ERP implementation, experience of PUM upgrade, PS Tools upgrade and Fluid , Classic + implementation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct complex program identification and resolution activities and identify impact of proposed changes on the application and end-user processes of PeopleSoft application.
