Job description
Giftagram is looking for a driven, organized, and passionate Account Manager to join our Team. We are seeking someone who has a customer-obsessed mindset to support customer satisfaction, successful product use, and customer retention. As Account Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Customer Success Team to understand customer success criteria, act as the main point of contact for customers, execute gift campaigns, resolve issues, and ensure that our offerings exceed customer expectations.

Strong organizational skills to provide effective support to a large number of client accounts
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience working with Google Suite, Hubspot
Quick learner and are excited to take on challenging new projects
Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience
Basic data analysis skills to interpret customer usage data and draw insights to inform customer success strategies
