Job: Licensed Industrial Electrician – 442A preferred ($38- $42/hr)
Close to 5 years manufacturing experience
Shifts: Day Shift 7am -3 pm
Rate: $38- $42/hr, benefits, OT

Our client is a well established manufacturer in the high-speed paper and packaging industry. They have permanent jobs open for Licensed Industrial Electrician 442A. Manufacturing experience is a MUST; 309 is accepted only with manufacturing plant maintenance experience. The job is based in the Mississauga - Brampton area near to the highway. This is a straight day shift.
Your new role
The licensed Industrial Electrician (442a preferred) will be troubleshooting and repair and maintain all existing plant equipment – conveyors, paper cutters, corrugators, packers and similar equipment. You will conduct root cause analysis of repeat failures, create preventative and predictive maintenance plan, perform PMs and improve downtime. You will repair and test wiring for electrical systems on machinery, troubleshoot basic PLC-Programmable Logic Controls, resolve production line equipment issues. You will adhere to all safety rules and procedures. You will work on plant maintenance and on special projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Good communication skills in English are a MUST. Licensed 442a is preferred. Ability to work in a team environment and independently is a MUST-have. A clear criminal check is required. This is a fast-paced environment.
