Job description
This Project Management position requires the ability to complete full cycle project management including estimating/tendering, scheduling, crew and subtrade management, budgeting, material and equipment procurement. You will also collaborate with our management and field crew teams to ensure all projects have the allocated time and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Primary Job Functions:
· Full cycle project management on Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional projects
· Liaising with clients, property managers and consulting with engineers
· Attending site meetings
· Completing basic estimates and participating in the quoting process
· Generating and submitting tenders
· Crew oversight, support, and collaboration
· Scheduling and management of sub-trades
· Material and equipment procurement
· Managing all project documentation including shop drawings, reports, project specifications, schedules, change orders, permits, etc.

· Technical understanding of building science
· Knowledge of applicable governing legislation (OHSA, ESA, OHRC, WSIA.) and the Ontario Building Code
· Proven leadership abilities
· Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage stressful situations and tight deadlines
· Detail orientated
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
· Related Post Secondary Education or a minimum of 2 years in a Construction Project Management role, preferable in the restoration industry
· Drivers’ license and clean driving record
