Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:
- Manage the credit function, including collection activity of the team
- Manage your own ledger of accounts and perform credit duties

- Implement new strategies to reduce time between service delivery and cash receipt
- Analyze pre-existing processes and procedures
- Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes
- Educate and train leaders in best practice credit management concepts, controls and collection activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders
- Facilitate closer relationships with Finance and the wider business
- Month end and year end reporting

Qualifications
The successful candidate for this position will require the following experience and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar credit position within a medium scale organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Ability to delegate coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage upwards and downwards with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A strong strategic partner to work within an environment that supports their employees
- Experience with a large ERP system
