Your assets for the position
- Have a DEC or Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting, finance, HR, marketing, etc.
- Be recognized for your human values, integrity, team spirit, concern for a job well done and determination
- Functional bilingualism in English or French
Your responsibilities
- Prospect for new talent and develop a professional network
- Work closely with account managers to ensure that job requirements and expectations are understood and that candidates are evaluated against defined criteria
- Execute specific candidate research and proactively headhunt to introduce account manager candidates
- Post jobs on appropriate job boards and be creative in developing alternative channels and tactics to fill positions
- Propose innovative strategies to search for potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks, etc.)
- Analyze and follow up on applications
- Maintain up-to-date candidate files in our software (Zoho One)
- Participate in various special organizational development projects
