Are you looking for your next Change Management contract?
I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Leader to bridge the gap between multiple business functions and build Change capabilities across different teams.
The ideal person will be bilingual in English and French and have or be able to obtain Reliability Clearance due to the nature of the business.
The Change expert will be involved in 5 major transformation projects and a further 30+ lower level projects - this will be challenging but rewarding, working with teams that are keen to change ways of working but also teams that can be resistant to change!
Desirable skills:
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI)
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience leading large-scale cross functional process and change management initiatives in support of organizational strategic priorities.
- Designation or accreditation in Change Management is an asset
- Agile, Waterfall delivery, Facilitation, Coaching, Adult Learning certification an asset
- Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influence and conflict management skills.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong working relationships with a variety of partners (many senior) across the organization
- Ability to combine initiative, integrity and professional discipline to accomplish difficult tasks through other people
- Bilingual (French / English) would be a definite asset
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies for diverse projects across the organization.
- Provide coaching to change management practitioners, ensuring alignment with standardized Company strategy.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration between Executive, Business Transformation, IT, HR, and end users.
- Support the development of best practices for stakeholder identification, impact assessments, and risk mitigation tactics.
