Position: E-commerce Analyst
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $70K
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Our client, pioneer of a successful e-commerce site offering an exceptional range of over 100,000 products to a loyal clientele, is looking for an E-commerce Analyst to join their team in Saint-Laurent.

What you need:

- Bilingualism to support customers outside the Quebec region
- College or university degree in commerce, IT, marketing or similar field
- 2 years' experience in e-commerce analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems accurately
- Excellent communication skills to present data clearly and concisely
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, trends and technologies

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Actively participating in the planning and monitoring of projects to ensure their success
- Analyzing data related to their online store using tools such as Google Analytics
- Monitoring industry trends and competitors' activities to recommend improvements
- Collaborating with different teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations
- Establishing testing strategies, validating solution quality, preparing deployment plans
- Designing training materials on the company's e-commerce processes
- Acting as an advisor to internal users
