Job description

BioVectra Inc. has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner . This is a permanent, full-time position located in Windsor, Nova Scotia.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Administering various human resources plans and procedures.
• Administering the compensation program and performance evaluation program, including pay and benefits as required.
• Administering recruitment.
• Advising on employee relations.
• Compiling and complete HR reporting and data analysis.
• Managing the Human Resources Talent Management Information System.
• Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Participating in the implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives and ensures alignment throughout the business.
• Participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
• Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor's request.

The successful candidate for this position should have:

• Post Secondary Education.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is an asset.
• Minimum five years' experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cGMP or similar manufacturing experience would be an asset.
