Job description
BioVectra Inc. has an opening for a Human Resources Business Partner . This is a permanent, full-time position located in Windsor, Nova Scotia.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering various human resources plans and procedures.
- Administering the compensation program and performance evaluation program, including pay and benefits as required.
- Administering recruitment.
- Advising on employee relations.
- Compiling and complete HR reporting and data analysis.
- Managing the Human Resources Talent Management Information System.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Participating in the implementation of Human Resources projects and initiatives and ensures alignment throughout the business.
- Participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor's request.
The successful candidate for this position should have:
- Post Secondary Education.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration is an asset.
- Minimum five years' experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cGMP or similar manufacturing experience would be an asset.
