Prairie PoCUS is a collaborative program supporting training for medical professionals including
physicians, nurses, and allied health; across Canada and internationally.  Prairie Pocus also works in partnership with our sister company The
Nest with the intent of providing a full range of health services from one convenient location.
We are a growing company looking for an energized, creative individual looking to join our
team. The following provides details on the typical expected tasks for the Program Coordinator
position. Additional duties may occasionally be required in order to support the needs of the
organization. Must be available to travel Wednesday through to Sunday up to 24 times a year.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage staff, participant, and model schedules for training courses as assigned
Manage scheduling and shipping of equipment to and from course locations
Provide onsite support during courses, including courses requiring travel
Manage single day and multi-day course logistics
Think creatively and flexibly in order to problem solve on the spot
Manage course websites and administer exams
Able to stand or sit for long periods of time
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Necessary Skills
Must be willing to travel up to 130 days a year to coordinate courses across Canada and
globally
Ability to work independently, including remote work, as part of a larger team
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Proficiency in Canva, MailChimp etc
Able to professionally represent the organization to instructors, students, and other stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2 yrs experience,valid Canadian Driving License with the ability to travel as required
