At our Cascades plant in Richmond, BC you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Supervisor:

Operational Excellence Oversight:

• Meeting production and quality standards.
• Managing non-standard products, workforce planning, and compliance.
• Coordinating training, OHS audits, and continuous improvements.

Compliance and Safety Management:

• Ensuring process compliance and overseeing safety audits.
• Addressing target shortfalls, coordinating action plans.
• Supporting problem-solving and system management.

Efficiency and System Oversight:

• Coordinating follow-up meetings and continuous improvements in an unionized environment.
• Assisting in product sequencing and resolving system anomalies.
