Job description
Elegant Woodwork is actively seeking experienced sub-contractors to join our growing Installation Team!
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: · Perform installation functions in both new construction and renovation settings · Perform assigned Quality Control checks, and complete reports as required · Work with a proactive mindset, keeping customer service at the forefront at all times · Safe operation and handling of all machines, tools and material · Ensure the worksite is kept clean and safe at all times
Knowledge and Skill Set: · Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in cabinetry installation · Ability to cooperate and work productively with others to meet customer needs · Effective listening and clear verbal, as well as written, communication skills
· Must have valid insurance and WCB
· Must have own vehicle and tools
· Excellent customer service skills in dealing with homeowners
· Self-motivated with ability to work well independently
· Must be punctual, reliable, and possess an excellent work ethic
