Our client offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned and skilled Overhead Crane Services Manager to ensure the safety and maintenance of their clients overhead crane systems and maintain reassurance and trust in their equipment. Regularly scheduled crane inspections can save their clients a great expense by verifying compliance with local regulations and highlighting safety and production issues.
As the Overhead Crane Service Manager you will work safely and collaboratively and are responsible for:
- Lead and manage team service technicians.
- Plan and schedule overhead crane installations, inspections, and maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on overhead crane systems.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes for service activities.
- Build and maintain excellent business relationships with clients to understand their crane service needs and identify customized solutions to be assessed for viability.
As the Overhead Crane Service Manager, you will bring:
- A good head for heights!
- Client-service and relationship-oriented approach to work.
- More than 5 years experience as an overhead crane technician with a track record of successful and safe work, and excellence in client relationships.
- Minimum 8,000 hours overhead crane experience required.
- An excellent and thorough knowledge of industry safety standards and protocols.
- Applicable Red Seal qualification (i.e., Millwright, Electrician).
