JOB SUMMARY
Applies the training policy in accordance with the needs of the country in which he is assigned and ensures the implementation of training programs PDF in the village. Organize on-site training and provides logistics and administrative follow-up in respect of the legal framework. Accompanies managers and ensures integration of the GO/GE of the village.

You will
- Manage the training and development of GE and GO in the village: Training 1st season: newcomers integration, Training to support
managers: keys GO, taken from station Managers, Functional training: behavioral, sale, languages, management
- Elaborate a diagnosis with the managers and offer a plan of continuous training to teams
- Plan with managers the deployment of training (according to availability of the teams)
- Work in partnership with the managers of the village in the deployment of technical training
- Elaborate and refresh the Integration content and mobilize the key GO
- Lead training session in partnership with the manager for technical content
- Ensure the logistics necessary for the smooth running of training
- Contribute to the events and projects in the University of Talents
