Job description

We are seeking a Syteline Developer to assist our organization in developing and maintaining
customizations on the ERP system according to business needs that we are implementing. The ideal
candidate should possess extensive experience in working with the Syteline system within a team
environment, collaborating with other developers and end users.
The role involves offering professional guidance and best practices to our IT team, ensuring the
creation of reliable, upgradable, and modular modifications. This is a full-time contract position with a
duration of 2 years, reporting to the ERP Project Manager. We offer varied compensation packages
based on experience, along with the potential for transfer to a permanent position.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Understand business and operation flows, development specification documentations, and
conduct effective communications with super-users to refine development requirements.

• Identify and present existing out-of-box or closely matching solutions for requirements when
possible. Identify automation or operator error proofing opportunities when possible.
• Independently design, develop, troubleshoot, build, and maintain modifications and
configurations as per business requirements.
• Go-live preparation and crossover assistance, such as data importation, validation, unit
testing, UAT related to customized features, etc.
• Provide knowledge transfer and lead fellow developers with an efficient and effective
Syteline modification process and pipelines to produce tested, upgradable, sustainable, and
secure solutions.
• Handle incident tickets relating to Syteline ERP system.
• Create clear, concise, and transferrable written communications, both in code and internal
documentations.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications
• Experienced with Infor Syteline Cloud SaaS default flow and forms in manufacturing setting.
• Experienced with built-in Syteline tools such as, but not limited to Standard personalization
Form Personalization, Mongoose, Data Views, Customized Workflows, Reports, and Critical
Data.
• Experienced in .Net (VB and C#) programming and SQL.
• Experienced in creating customization solutions for Syteline.
• Knowledge of out of box Syteline features and intended (leading practises) use cases for
Infor Syteline, Factory Track, Time Track, BarTender in manufacturing settings.
• Experienced in source control practices, leading coding standards and best practices, be
able to communicate clearly with others, and able to document code changes and features.
• Experience in Syteline End User or Unit Test experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of EMS and electronics (PCBA) manufacturing process is preferred.
