Salary Range: $90,035.40 - $97,497.40 Annually

Position Highlights
The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for implementing and supporting the strategic direction of identity and access both on premise and in the cloud. The Senior Technical Specialist must be able to provide technical recommendations, propose creative solutions and have the ability to implement enterprise identity and access management solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing technical expertise and implementation of secure, scalable enterprise identity & access management solutions.
- Managing and leading high complexity business requirements and solutions design and delivering at the enterprise level.
- Enhancing and expanding ICBC's multi-factor authentication (MFA) landscape.
- Configuring and manage SaaS single sign-on (SSO).
- Interpreting detailed information, while being enterprise aware, considering different and complex solution options and providing recommendations.
- Providing expertise and technical implementation support of a privileged identity management solution both on prem and in the cloud.
- Consulting and facilitating solution sessions, presenting and collaborating with IT and business partners in order to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
- Acting as the technical identity and access subject matter expert with team members as well as other technical and business communities.
- Analyzing risk and ensuring compliance to ICBC security governance requirements.
- Providing expert consultation to all levels of corporate staff and management related to enterprise identity and access systems and processes.
- Raising and promoting new ideas, gaining the cooperation of others, managing conflict and influencing change.
- Guiding team members and business communities of future identity and access processes and vision including moving into the cloud.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge and understanding Oracle Identity & Access Management suite and its connectors and integrations.
- Extensive technical experience with M365 and Azure Active Directory security and identity services and capabilities.
- Senior level experience with SaaS single sign-on (SSO) configurations and maintenance.
- Working knowledge and understanding of public key infrastructure (PKI).
- Proven knowledge in enterprise identity and access provisioning concepts, systems, workflows and processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security audit, risk management principles and information security and privacy related legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to develop and maintain business relationships across the enterprise and with business partners.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analysis skills and learning agility.
- Experience supporting or leading projects of enterprise complexity.
- Proficient in eliciting and translating highly complex business requirements into solution requirements.
- Experience with, and understanding of, modern authentication methods and authentication solutions in the cloud.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience in IT infrastructure architecture, technical design, and strategic planning coupled with Information security, preferably with a focus on identity and access management. Experience is supported by training and/or certification in the information security field.

Work arrangements defined:
- Resident - you will work at your primary in-office headquarters on all scheduled workdays.
- Hybrid 8 - you will work a minimum of 8 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically 2 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
- Hybrid 10 - you will work a minimum of 10 days per month at your primary in-office headquarters (typically one week in/one week out or up to 3 days per week). The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
- Mobile - you will work remotely or in the field on scheduled workdays within British Columbia, with the requirement to be at your primary on-site headquarters by exception only.
