Our client is seeking a Property Manager/Administrator to become a part of their team. By the end of 2024, they will have over 40 properties under management (~200 units). You will help plan and facilitate all real estate leasing activities and transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and coordinate rental real estate transactions.
  
• Administrate the leasing and turnover process. 
  
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
  
• Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
  
• Manage maintenance contracts for repairs, gardening, and snow removal.
  
• Bookkeeping input and charging of utilities to tenants monthly.
  
• Manage municipal regulations for Toronto & Hamilton properties.
  
• Take off-hour emergency calls with the support of a call service.
  
• Execute minor property maintenance tasks as required, like cleaning, air filter replacement, minor plumbing and caulking etc.

·       Previous experience in property management.
·       Managed multiple properties simultaneously.
·       Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
·       Elevator maintenance experience.
·       Ability to build rapport with tenants.
·       Ability to multitask and prioritize.
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·       Have a valid G-Licence and a personal vehicle.
·       **Bonus** experience with DoorLoop software.
