Hays is currently working with a large natural resource consulting firm in British Columbia that is looking for their next Business Resource Manager. Part of your role will be to support the development and mentorship of the team. You will also work directly with existing clients to deliver professional services on multiple resource management projects and will use your extensive experience and sector connections to develop business opportunities and new clients that will grow the clients' presence within their sector.
What you'll need to succeed
- 8–10 years of related experience in environmental / biological consulting services
- Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio) with the College of Applied Biologists (CAB).
- knowledge of the BC Provincial and Canadian federal regulations in forest management, biological services or the environmental services sector is required.
- Experience leading and mentoring internal staff and team members.
- Valid Class 5 BC Drivers' License and safe driving record.
What you'll get in return
Salary: $120 - $140k + Bonus + 4 weeks of vacation + relocation package
