Position Summary

Then join our team as a Digital Growth Manager. We are looking for a leader who has a complete understanding of digital funnel strategies . In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and conversion across various digital platforms: newsletters, social media, athlete stories, paid media (google, meta), seo.

Responsibilities
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.
- Plan & execute all paid media marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Create captivating copy for website content, social media posts, email campaigns, ads, and other marketing materials.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to convey brand values, product benefits, and customer experiences effectively.
- Analyze data and metrics to optimize campaigns, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and copywriting
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Act as the liaison between the internal team and external collaborators such as videographers and photographers.
- Ensure projects are completed promptly while maintaining a high-quality standard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth & acquisition.
- Exceptional writing skills and a passion for storytelling in both French and English.
- Highly motivated sports enthusiast who has knowledge and direct experience operating in the outdoor or endurance sports industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, advertising.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate independently on various tasks and projects
- Ability to work effectively with flexibility, high energy, patience and enthusiasm
- Bilingual in English and French
