We're looking for individuals who would be interested in developing their professional experience further in an Executive Assistant role with our client, a leading health technology solutions company.

Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Performing all standard supporting tasks for an Executive (Calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting arrangements, meeting minutes, action registers, etc)
●Analyzing and using initiative and independent judgment

●Being edgeable of corporate policies.
●Dealing with sensitive, complex and highly confidential information.
●Conducting various (analytical) special projects.
●Performing, as a skilled officer, a number of tasks to support activities of the Services & Solution
●Delivering in a professional way.
●Working in a large and complex organization where substantial interests are at stake having a significant impact on the company or a large proportion of it.
●Making decisions without consulting others and is held responsible for these decisions afterwards.
●Performing pro-active and independent. Aligns activities and processes with the demands of the executive or department.

Qualifications
●Executive Assistant provides the highest level of effective and efficient support to the Company.
●A person with several years of experience in supporting multiple stakeholders in large, global, fast-moving companies.
●The incumbent must have a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and peers.
●A person, who's flexible, fast reacting, and ready to be working with ambiguity
●Proficient in MS Office
