This position provides support to employees on a variety of Human Resources functions. The primary function involves set up and maintenance of employee profiles for the purposes of both payroll and benefits administration. Administration of disability programs, performance management systems and recognition programs are also key functions of this position.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Strong Analytic skills along with benefits, payroll experience in all provinces
Excellent customer service skills - demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner
Strong teamwork orientation as well as the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints
Ability to travel if required at times
Experience with an HRIS system is required, Oracle would be considered an asset
