Job description
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic objectives. You will lead a talented team and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in operations management with demonstrated leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and technology tools used in operations management.
