As a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic within our state-of-the-art 200,000 sq ft facility, specializing in steel manufacturing and custom roll forming, you will be responsible for supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of our machinery.
Your proficiency as a Millwright in diagnosing issues with mechanical systems, including conveyors, punch presses, and roll forming machines, is essential for ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to enhance equipment performance, maintain safety standards, and contribute to the efficiency of our high-quality steel production.

Responsibilities
What are your responsibilities?
• Execute Preventive Maintenance and address issues on machinery, specifically Punch Press Machines and Roll Forming Machines.
• Install, align, dismantle, and relocate stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment as required.
• Handle maintenance breakdowns, covering Hydraulic, Electrical, and Mechanical aspects.
• Ensure strict adherence to specifications, codes, and work requirements with a primary focus on safety.
• Engage in PLC troubleshooting and repairs, along with Punch Press repairs involving both hydraulic and mechanical components, and proficiency in reading schematics.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
• Licensed Millwright 433A
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance/millwright for the manufacturing sector
• Knowledge and experience in the trouble shooting, testing, installation and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems
• Mig Welding
• An understanding of PLC programming, trouble shooting.
• Able to contribute to creating a comprehensive maintenance log.
